Icarus

Overview

Icarus is a novel and excitingly fresh gaming experience being developed for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad platforms by the independent game company Crystal Fish Entertainment. We are making some amazing progress and are looking forward to submitting our game to the Apple App Store soon. More to come in the near future!

My Role

-Project Manager: Assure that deliverables are prioritized and completed in an appropriate time-frame, use online tool ClockingIT to schedule and track developer tasks, while motivating a team of six full-time students with specialties in art, design, and programming.
